These terms cover this website. The work we do for clients is covered by the separate written proposal and invoice you agree to before anything starts.

Using this site

You are welcome to read this site and to send us an enquiry. Do not try to break into it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it, or use the form to send anything unlawful or misleading.

What is on this site

The words, images, marks and code here belong to Oscar's Technology & AI Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may quote a page or link to it. You may not republish it as your own.

An enquiry is not a contract

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement and it does not oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only once we have both agreed in writing on scope and price.

What we describe here

These pages describe what we build and how we work. They are written honestly and kept current, but a website is a summary, and what you actually receive is what your written proposal says you receive. Where the two differ, the proposal governs.

Where we link to somebody else's site, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from being unable to reach it. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and the courts of the ACT have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
