Privacy policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no tracking pixels. The only personal information we hold about you is what you typed into a form, or what you wrote to us.
Who we are
Pristine Growth is a trading name of Oscar's Technology & AI Solutions, ABN 99 101 601 944, Canberra ACT, Australia.
The privacy contact is Oscar Chapman, hello@pristinegrowth.com, 0412 517 647.
What we collect
From the three forms on this site: your name, business name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email. The time you asked to be called. Your quiz answers. Whatever you wrote in the message box. The exact words of the consent you ticked. The page you were on, the site that sent you and any advertising tags on the link you followed.
From the connection: the IP address the form was sent from. It is stored with the enquiry so we can trace abuse and hold the rate limit that keeps the form from being flooded. Our web server also records the IP address, time, page and browser of each request, the way every web server does.
From email and text: whatever is in the message, including the address or number you sent it from.
If we wrote to you first, we took your business email from a public source such as your own website or a business listing, and we hold only that address, your business name, and the location it was listed under.
What we do not collect
No cookies are set by this site. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no tag manager. No payment details. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
One thing is kept in your browser and it is not a cookie: if you arrived on an advertising link, the tags on it are held in your browser's own session storage so that they still travel with your enquiry if you read a few pages first. They are gone when you close the tab, and they never leave your browser except inside an enquiry you send us.
The fonts, the artwork and the one script on this site are served from this domain. The only other company your browser contacts is Google, which draws the map at the foot of the home page if you scroll that far.
Why we hold it
To ring you at the time you asked for, to prepare for that call, and to follow up about your enquiry. If you become a client, to run the work. That is the whole of it. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Who else can see it
Only the suppliers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose.
Our own server receives the form and stores it. A copy of each enquiry is posted into the team's private Discord channel, so whoever is free can ring you. Discord is a United States company, which means a copy sits outside Australia. Our email is with Google Workspace and Migadu, so anything you email us sits in a mailbox with one of them, and that may also be outside Australia.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Texts and email, and how to stop them
We only contact you about your enquiry when you have ticked the box that says we can. We send business to business email to publicly listed business addresses. Every text and email says how to stop it, the unsubscribe page says how, and a reply asking us not to write again is enough on its own. We act on it within five business days, for the address or number you wrote from and for any other one you name, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation could reasonably continue. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, plus seven years for tax and business records. A request to stop contact is kept indefinitely, because remembering that you asked is the only way to reliably never contact you again.
How it is protected
Access to the stored enquiries is limited to the Pristine Growth team. Nothing is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise, but the surface here is deliberately small: one form endpoint, two files on one server (the enquiries, and a log of whether each reached us), and no third party holding a copy of the site.
Seeing it, fixing it, deleting it
Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pristinegrowth.com and we will answer within 30 days, at no charge.
If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
Owed before launch: which country the server holding the enquiries is in, and a lawyer to read this page once. The rest of this page describes the lead relay as it is built and tested. It becomes true the day the forms are switched on, and it has to be re-read if the enquiry ever goes somewhere other than that server and that Discord channel.
